Manage and rediscover existing pipelines
Track candidate qualifications (e.g., licensing, claims complexity experience)
Re-engage silver medalists and internal candidates for recurring hiring needs
Utilize
advanced sourcing platforms
to:
Identify transferable talent (e.g., customer service, call-center adjudication backgrounds)
Scale pipelines rapidly during surge hiring or catastrophe-driven demand
Diversity sourcing strategies
Geographic expansion efforts
Process improvements and best practice sharing
