Position Summary
Develops strong personal and collaborative internal and external relationships to manage book of business (e.g. mid-size and large employer groups) to achieve customer and broker satisfaction, revenue, membership, and earnings objectives. This lead role serves as the client steward to leverage Banner Aetna, Aetna, and CVS/affiliate solutions and resources.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with a locally-aligned book of business to ensure case renewal and retention. Deliver renewals, cross-sales, client strategy, and product support.
Determine concerns/barriers for retention of customers; identify top concerns and review mitigation plans with leadership. Discuss and present solutions and partner with internal partners to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with account team members and functional support areas on more complex product or service issues to ensure client needs are met.
Offer creative program and service solutions to address client's evolving needs.
Responsible for the financial performance for the assigned portfolio including negotiations with Plan Sponsor and Producer in their book.
Review and consultatively present customer reporting with meaningful analytics, trending and insightful recommendations for additional programs and services.
Communicate with internal and external parties telephonically and/or in person. Will require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings with brokers and clients.
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
Multi-functional experience (e.g., underwriting, actuary, product, network, or other areas supporting the health insurance ecosystem)
Experience making formal presentations
Education
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Benefits and Compensation
Base salary:
$51,686.00 - $101,286.00 per year.
Eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation.
