Job Description
This position is responsible for Operations Supervision of Lead GMP cleaner and frontline employees, auditing work performance, giving direction, motivation, and guidance to GMP team members.

Full time schedule is 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, including weekends.

Pay:

$29.35 per hour.

Essential Functions

Manage Lead GMP Technician

Manage Frontline team members

Head count management & hire onboarding

Performance management

Manage Epay time keeping for reports

Conduct quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility

Ensure quality and satisfaction levels meet and/or exceed expectations

Assure the highest quality of customer satisfaction

Assist with training and development

Provide guidance in safety, cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage to cleaning crew

Counsel crew members regarding tardiness, absenteeism, work performance, etc., using proper documentation procedures

Lead and participate in a team to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks

Be responsible for running and leading the shift in the absence of the Supervisor

When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may be responsible for directing smaller work groups

Assist the Supervisor and Shift Manager in the direction and supervision of field employees

Although disciplinary authority is not given to this position, it is expected that the Lead will report performance issues to the Supervisor

Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co‑workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to team members

Provide open communication between field employees and management

Provide positive coaching to team members

Assist with the training of housekeeping staff and schedule work assignments

Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules

Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building

Takes care of keys and access cards for the property

Reports damaged, broken, and out‑of‑work features/items

Ensures premises are secured at all times

Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag job) in assigned building

Work with Area Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work

Coordinate scheduling of cleaning crew

Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Area Manager

Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building

Attend and participate in all meetings and training sessions involving assigned property and crew

Complete timesheets, validate timesheet accuracy, and deliver timesheets to office

Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly

Complete order forms completely and accurately

Coordinate equipment usage and inventories

Perform all tasks and duties required of your team

Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
