Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Leander, TX, for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, executing link‑building strategies, and optimizing on‑page SEO elements. Additional responsibilities include analyzing web analytics data, developing strategies to improve search engine rankings, and collaborating with the team to ensure SEO efforts align with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO best practices

Experience conducting SEO Audits and identifying site optimization opportunities

Knowledge of Link Building strategies and techniques

Expertise in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data interpretation

Strong organizational and project management skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred

Familiarity with the insurance industry or multi-market companies is a plus
