Lead Digital Multimedia Designer

Accountabilities:
Lead visual design and multimedia production across digital advertising, social media, web, video, print, and motion graphics initiatives.
Create high-performing creative assets for paid and organic campaigns, including static ads, motion content, and short-form video.
Design and optimize landing pages, web layouts, and user-focused digital experiences, including participation in A/B testing initiatives.
Produce print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and marketing materials that align with brand standards and campaign goals.
Develop scalable design systems, templates, and creative assets to support distributed teams and maintain brand consistency.
Collaborate closely with marketing and storytelling teams to translate strategic concepts into visually compelling campaigns.
Incorporate AI-assisted creative tools and emerging technologies into design workflows to improve speed, experimentation, and innovation.
Manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional design quality and attention to detail.
Contribute to creative direction, visual storytelling, and campaign optimization efforts that drive engagement and business impact.
Requirements:
4+ years of professional design experience in an in-house, agency, or production-focused environment.
Proven experience creating performance-driven advertising assets for platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Strong web and digital design experience, including page layout, visual hierarchy, and design optimization using tools such as Figma.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia content production.
Strong print design expertise, including file preparation and production processes.
Ability to operate independently as a lead or solo designer managing high-volume creative output.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for design exploration, video assistance, or rapid prototyping.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills in a fast-paced remote environment.
Portfolio showcasing work across digital ads, video, motion graphics, print, and web design is required.
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field preferred.
