Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between the sales department and the front desk to provide guests with an unforgettable experience at the hotel while attracting new guests to increase revenue. Respond to guest inquiries, contact potential new clients, input group reservations, rooming lists, and assist with every aspect of the group’s experience with the hotel.
Requirements
Previous sales and catering experience in a brand or luxury hotel establishment is ideal
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Comprehension of technical application of reservation systems
Detail-oriented; effectively use social media for postings, updates, and marketing of hotel events
Master basic selling techniques

Compensation: $23 per hour.
