Love cars? Love people? You might just love this job. We're looking for a Dealer Services Specialist II to join our crew at Manheim, part of the Cox family of businesses. This isn't your average desk job; you'll be the go-to person for our dealer clients on auction day, ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Responsibilities

Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days

Promoting Manheim's products and services

Helping dealers prepare vehicles for auction

Negotiating bids, consulting on pricing, and offering reconditioning advice

Solving problems and serving as the friendly face our clients count on

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 15 pounds.

Vision requirements: can see close, far and in color, judge distances, and adapt to changes in focus.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred

1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.

Previous experience in a sales support role.

Bilingual English/Spanish.

Compensation
Hourly pay rate of $20.10 – $30.10 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as commission and incentive programs.
