Account Executive

role.

This position will work with a team that delivers on a loyalty program that provides exclusive premium experiences to VIP consumers in various verticals including sports, entertainment, fashion, art, and lifestyle. Additionally, the role may assist on luxury hospitality event and logistics management at large-scale luxury client activations, as well as support in general administrative and office duty tasks.

Responsibilities

Collaborative efforts in the planning and execution of high-end experiential activations from intimate to broadscale, with a focus on sports, entertainment, fashion, art, and lifestyle

Provide comprehensive support to the experiential account team, including but not limited to: research, crafting meeting agendas and recap notes, event data collection, ticket sales & revenue tracking, status reports, overall organization of supply inventory, packing & shipping of onsite supply kits, deliverables trackers, and more

Develop and build creative presentations and client pitches alongside senior management, working within templates and creating custom materials

Management of key documents and event collateral: hospitality decks, transportation spread sheets, production reports, activity trackers, training documents, guest lists, itineraries, invitations, signage, menu and seating cards, tickets, event recaps, etc.

Communicate with key partners and vendors such as hotel properties, transportation companies, restaurant establishments, venues, staffing agencies, etc. to ensure seamless event execution

Assist on creative and marketing submissions through the entire approval process with the thorough understanding of brand rules and regulations

Assist with financial processes including budget tracking and reconciliation, coding expenses, submitting invoices, and facilitating payments

Participate on client conference calls and in-person client meetings

On-site event support, ensuring service is impeccable and adhere to best practices standard

Monitor and research industry trends, innovations, and competitive landscape; provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements and/or areas of opportunity

Maintain knowledge of agency structure and functions, utilizing resources appropriately and efficiently

Build full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission, and vision

Establish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams

All other duties as assigned

Requirements

1-2+ years of relevant professional experience (in addition to internships)

Ability to manage multiple workstreams, partners, team members, and deadlines in an effective and collaborative manner

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign required. Proficiency in Google Slides and/or Canva a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Extremely organized and thorough with a keen eye for detail combined with passion for accuracy and quality in all work

Polished, professional demeanor; projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business

Solutions-oriented and creative problem solver

Passion for events, hospitality, luxury lifestyle sectors, and digital marketing and/or strategic communications. Interest/ knowledge in luxury fashion, culture entertainment, wellness, or sports is a plus.

This position is client and high net-worth individual consumer facing on-site at events, and requires strong hospitality skills

Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed

Strong computer skills – MAC proficient; Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required).

Conversational proficiency in other languages a plus

Technical Skills

Local Requirements
Must be based in the New York City or Tri-State areas (role is in office Monday – Thursday, and remote on Friday)
