Style Advisor – Equinox Sports Club (Los Angeles)
We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join the Equinox Sports Club team at its state‑of‑the‑art location in Los Angeles. This position offers the opportunity to deliver a superior customer experience and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and contribute to the overall store target.

Deliver an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox.

Maintain knowledge of all club and shop services, programs, and products.

Understand and uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies.

Comprehend all communication and training materials and assist the Shop MOD with timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.

Assist the Shop MOD in ensuring The Shop reflects company brand standards through merchandising, marketing direction, and the sale dress code.

Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms.

Build effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors, and clients.

Stay informed about happenings and general standards in other departments to encourage camaraderie.

Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures, and support company initiatives.

Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy.

Qualifications

Ability to take direction.

Experience in a customer service business, preferably retail.

Hardworking, diligent, honest, and personally integrity.

Excellent time management, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.

Availability to work a varied schedule based on the unique retail business needs.

Pay Transparency: $17.87 per hour + ability to earn bonuses.
