Role Description
This is a hands‑on growth role, not a traditional social media position.

You will own how content is created, tested, and scaled, and how that translates into performance across social, e‑commerce, and retail.

What you’ll do

Define and execute social media strategy across TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

Build and run creator campaigns to generate content, reviews, and performance insights

Identify high‑performing content and scale it through paid campaigns

Plan and support campaigns on key products across Amazon and retail

Support the development of TikTok Shop and social commerce initiatives

Own and optimize Klaviyo (email + SMS) to drive traffic and revenue

Use AI tools to create, test, and optimize campaigns efficiently

Own and manage our digital asset system

What we’re looking for

Strong execution mindset, with the ability to take ownership and move quickly

Background can vary (marketing, business, engineering, or other analytical fields), but you have worked on projects tied to growth, content, or digital channels

Experience or strong interest in short‑form content and social platforms (especially TikTok)

Hands‑on experience or exposure to paid social campaigns (TikTok, Meta)

Experience using Klaviyo or similar tools, or the ability to learn quickly

Comfortable working with data, testing, and improving performance

Comfortable working cross‑functionally, including with more technical profiles

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects

Curious and hands‑on with AI tools for content and campaign development
