This is a production-focused Account Executive role responsible for managing an existing portfolio while driving new business. The individual will be responsible for generating deposits, originating commercial loans, and building a consistent pipeline.
The role is relationship-driven but very much quota-oriented.
Compensation & Work Environment
Base salary: approximately $90K-$130K (flexible depending on experience)
Incentive/bonus tied to production (deposits and lending)
Hybrid / remote flexibility, but Southern California candidates are strongly preferred
Travel: approximately 15-20% for events and relationship development
Existing portfolio included, along with expectations to generate new business
Ideal Candidate Profile
4+ years in commercial banking, business banking, or credit union environment
Proven experience generating deposits and/or commercial loans
Experience managing a portfolio while developing new business
Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
Relationship‑driven with a consultative sales approach
Comfortable prospecting and building a pipeline
