Responsibilities

Drive new customer acquisition through strategic outreach, referrals, and networking

Expand existing accounts and ensure long-term customer retention

Manage a robust sales pipeline and execute effective prospecting campaigns

Lead negotiations with key accounts and oversee complex freight booking processes

Customize transportation solutions to meet unique client needs

Support broader sales initiatives and collaborate with leadership to drive revenue

Qualifications

Ability to close $2M+ in annual revenue

Proven success in identifying new market segments and emerging opportunities

Strong CRM utilization for pipeline accuracy and forecasting

Experience presenting virtually, by phone, and in person

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
