Business Development Manager – Gaming & Digital Media

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to help expand our presence in the gaming and digital entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support marketing initiatives connected to popular online gaming communities, including Retro Bowl and other trending browser-based games.

Responsibilities

Develop new business partnerships and sponsorship opportunities

Research gaming market trends and competitor strategies

Build relationships with advertisers, publishers, and media partners

Support promotional campaigns related to Retro Bowl gaming audiences

Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Collaborate with marketing and product teams

Requirements

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Passion for gaming and online entertainment

Familiarity with Retro Bowl and indie gaming communities is a plus

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
