Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Executive based in Knoxville, TN. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and fostering long-term business relationships. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting customer needs assessments, presenting customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Success in this role is defined by meeting or exceeding sales quotas and actively contributing to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Relationship management expertise to build and maintain client connections
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored technology solutions
Time management, organization, and goal-oriented mindset
Experience in office technology, managed print services, or a related industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
