To support the management of commercial performance and operational excellence, the full-time remote Sales Operations Manager will improve target-setting processes, monitor sales performance, and drive pipeline management across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Own and enhance the target-setting and quota allocation process using data-driven methodologies
Monitor commercial performance and manage the bonus calculation process for the sales organization
Drive pipeline management excellence by analyzing sales process adherence and identifying growth opportunities
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or similar analytical roles
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM for at least 2 years, including reporting and dashboard creation
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting; advanced SQL knowledge is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience is preferred
