What You'll Do:
Engage with patients and clients through our live chat platform in real time
Answer inquiries related to medical services, appointments, billing, and general support
Manage multiple active chat sessions simultaneously with speed and accuracy
Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team
Record and log all chat interactions in our support and CRM systems
Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience
Follow all HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of live chat, messaging support, or online customer service experience
Outstanding written communication and grammar skills
Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
Strong multitasking ability and composure under pressure
Comfortable with chat platforms, CRM tools, and cloud-based systems
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace
Medical or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
