* Develop and layout clear, concise, and engaging high-quality content aligned to USAA's brand and style guidelines for digital experiences on usaa.com.
* Read and analyze business requirements provided to create the necessary content
* Collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
* Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with the expectation of delivering projects within a span of 1 to 3 days based on complexity.
For Figma, they need knowledge outside of just adding comments. It's good for them to know how to:
Directly edit text inside components, frames, modals, prototypes
Navigate around the design panels and through layers within a file
Changing font styles (size, bold, etc.)
Adding bullets
Digging down into layers to edit specific parts of components
Checking and editing version history
Configuring components wit design system guidelines

Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience writing:
Marketing and informational webpages
Microcopy for application flows and digital experiences
End-to-end content for user journeys (from landing page through online application)
Hands-on experience working in Figma, including:
Writing and editing content directly within Figma (not just leaving comments)
Working within pre-designed components
Adjusting content that may influence layout or visual presentation
Experience transitioning finalized content from Figma into AEM
Strong understanding of:
Content hierarchy and information architecture
Structuring content in a way that is intuitive and user-centered
Organizing information clearly and logically across pages and flows
Demonstrated ability to:
Uphold brand voice, tone, and style standards
Partner with stakeholders and confidently discuss content strategy and decisions
Familiarity with working inside an existing design system, rather than creating one from scratch
Deep understanding of user journeys and flows, including how users arrive at a page, interact with content, and complete key actions
Experience Preference
B2C experience is strongly preferred over B2B
