The Role
We’re hiring an in-house Social Media & Marketing Manager to own our digital presence across
multiple restaurant brands. This person will live inside our businesses; capturing content,
managing campaigns, engaging with guests, and turning what happens in our restaurants into
compelling, effective marketing.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and create content across social platforms
- Run and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Maintain websites and digital assets
- Own review and reputation management
- Track performance and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate closely with operations and leadership
- Support promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitoring sentiment
- Escalating sensitive issues
- Monthly ad spend reporting
- ROI awareness (even directional)
- Cost-per-result improvements over time
- Increasing repeat visitation
- Protecting and growing brand reputation
- Driving reservations / foot traffic
- Supporting private events & catering leads
- Seasonal priority shifts
- Creative and analytical execution
- Real-time, in-restaurant responsiveness
Technical Skills (Not All Required)
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads & Analytics
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Website CMS
- Email platforms
- Review platforms (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor)
- Basic photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc)

brands while also supporting traffic, revenue, and reputation. This role will be
evaluated on both creative execution and business impact.
- A generalist marketer with depth and range, 3–7 years of experience
- Someone who understands both brand voice and numbers
- Comfortable being hands-on and on-site
- Hospitality experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools
- Understands both brand storytelling and performance metrics
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Self-directed, organized, and adaptable
- Not afraid to be in restaurants, at events, or behind the scenes
- Thinks like an owner, not a vendor

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
