This role focuses on executing CRM-based requests, maintaining audience segments, and supporting data quality so campaigns and lead programs can launch accurately and on time. The position is a full-time role based in the United States, with a preferred location in Chicago, IL./ppWhat you will do as a CRM Targeting Coordinator:/pulliExecute data and audience requests from various marketing team members/liliBuild, update, and maintain audience segments across marketing platforms/liliPull and validate customer and lead lists in Microsoft Dynamics CE tools/liliExecute lead loads into CRM, including uploading lead files, validating required fields, checking for duplicates, and ensuring leads are mapped correctly for campaign or sales follow-up/liliReview CRM data quality by validating attributes and flagging issues with data/liliAssist with B2B marketing execution by supporting audience segmentation, campaign readiness, and deployment workflows using Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, and supporting tools./liliTrack work and priorities using Wrike/liliDocument recurring data, targeting, or workflow issues across CRM, CE tools, and Wrike./liliCollaborate cross-functionally to meet campaign and lead program timelines/liliNice to have: Help update or use Power BI dashboards for audience, lead, or data visibility/li/ulpWhat you will bring to the team:/pulli1.53 years experience in marketing coordination, CRM support, lead management, or campaign execution/liliStrong Excel skills and comfort working with customer and lead data/liliExperience with CRM systems (Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar)/liliHighly detail-oriented and organized/liliAble to manage multiple requests and deadlines/li/ululliExperience in B2B marketing execution and audience segmentation is preferred/li/ululliExpertise in project management platforms, like Wrike or Asana, is a plus/liliNice to have: Power BI experience/li/ulpQualified candidates can expect an hourly range of $22.50-$24.03.
