We are seeking a visionary media strategist to drive impactful campaigns for a globally recognized brand. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our marketing efforts, influencing how we connect with audiences and achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies, serving as the primary point of contact for paid media initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end workflow of media campaigns, from brief creation and plan review to trafficking and optimization.
  • Analyze media channel performance, providing actionable insights and clear reporting to stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic thought leader, advising business partners on budget allocation, media leverage, and the integration of branding and messaging within creative.
  • Drive a wide range of campaigns, from evergreen performance initiatives to comprehensive full-funnel marketing moments, with a strong focus on digital media.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including social media specialists, to integrate owned and earned strategies, including creator partnerships.
  • Communicate complex media challenges, solutions, and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in media planning and strategy, with at least 4 years at a media agency.
  • Proven expertise in integrated, cross-channel tactical planning across digital advertising, social media, and traditional channels (e.g., Out-of-Home, Television) for both performance and brand key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to craft audience profiles and develop channel-specific marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience overseeing the full campaign lifecycle, from concept development to execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Strong track record of implementing diverse testing and measurement solutions, with the ability to present results and future recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional self-starter capabilities, including the ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with syndicated research sources (e.g., MRI/Simmons, comScore) and social listening tools.
  • Prior experience in the digital entertainment or content creation industries.
  • Experience in communications and audience strategy development.
