Your role
Utilize our exclusive platform and your personal network to identify potential healthcare candidates
Engage with prospective candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange meetings between candidates and recruiters for more comprehensive evaluations
Follow up with contacts to sustain their interest and assist through the hiring process
Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
Generate commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires resulting from your leads

Your compensation structure
