Director of E-Commerce & Digital Brand Operations

Full-Time | Leadership Role - 100% on-site

Position Summary

Our client in Houston is seeking a Director of E-Commerce & Digital Brand Operations to lead the company’s online sales growth, digital brand presence, customer experience, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. This role will oversee Shopify operations, digital marketing initiatives, merchandising strategy, and customer engagement while supporting the overall brand experience across both digital and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless online customer experience
  • Manage and optimize the company’s Shopify platform, including product launches, merchandising, promotions, and site updates
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and brand campaigns
  • Drive online revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization initiatives
  • Analyze website, sales, and marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual presentation
  • Oversee online merchandising strategy, including product assortment, collections, and seasonal campaigns
  • Support customer engagement initiatives across digital channels while maintaining a luxury brand experience
  • Assist with boutique operations, client events, and brand initiatives as needed


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail operations, or brand management
  • Strong Shopify experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and online brand presence
  • Understanding of online merchandising, customer engagement, and conversion optimization strategies
  • Experience analyzing KPIs, website analytics, and sales performance data
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while balancing strategic and operational responsibilities


Schedule Expectations

  • Schedule flexibility required based on business and campaign needs
  • Occasional Saturdays or special events may be required
  • PTO may be limited during peak holiday retail periods
