This role provides front-line HR partnership to senior sales leadership aligned to the commercial sales organization, while leading a team of HR Business Partners. This position plays a critical role in aligning people strategies to business objectives, enabling revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance culture. The Director will balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution, ensuring effective delivery of HR programs, talent strategies, and employee relations support across the sales organization./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliServe as a trusted HR advisor to senior sales leaders, aligning HR strategies with commercial objectives and growth targets./liliProvide front-line HR business partnering support, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness./liliLead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting various sales segments and regions./liliPartner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies to support rapid scaling./liliDrive talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development./liliCollaborate with Total Rewards on sales compensation structures, incentive plans, and performance-based programs./liliLead change management initiatives related to organizational growth, restructuring, and transformation efforts./liliUtilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes./liliEnsure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements./liliChampion a high-performance, inclusive culture that aligns with Caris values and supports employee engagement and retention./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration or 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience./lili5+ years of HR experience with direct support of sales or commercial organizations./liliManaging and developing HR Business Partner teams./liliDemonstrated experience in employee relations, organizational design, and change management./liliStrong business acumen with understanding of sales environments, including performance metrics and incentive structures./liliProven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment./liliExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills./liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExperience in healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences industry./liliExperience supporting geographically dispersed sales teams./liliProfessional HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP)./li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3ulliAbility to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time./liliAbility to operate a computer and other office equipment./liliOccasional lifting of up to 15 pounds./li/ulh3Training/h3ulliAll job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee./li/ulh3Other/h3ulliThis position requires periodic travel, including visits to field sales teams and corporate locations./li/ulpConditions of Employment: Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (applicable for certain positions) and reference verification./ppThis job description reflects managements assignment of essential functions.
