Position Summary
RP Florida, a Radiology Partners practice, is currently seeking board‑certified or board‑eligible General/Emergency Radiologists for flexible, remote 1099 opportunities. This position offers the freedom to work from home in a noncommittal, shift‑based role. We are very flexible with our shift scheduling and have no minimum work‑volume thresholds.
Position Highlights
- Flexible work model: Choose from full shifts (8‑9 hours) or short shifts (4 hours). No minimum RVUs/work units are required. Choose your own shifts when it works best for you.
- Competitive compensation rates based on daytime, evening, or overnight shift times.
- Malpractice coverage provided, including tail coverage.
- Florida license required.
- Diverse case mix: Includes outpatient, ER, and inpatient reads.

Desired Professional Skills and Experience
- Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and be residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Board‑eligible or board‑certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
- Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of Florida.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $500,000 - $1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc.
