About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Technician to join our team. You will play a key role in the development and testing of our autonomous platforms at both system and component levels. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery solutions.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with a close-knit team to execute tests and document findings.
Work with electronics, sensors, actuators, and structural components.
Document detailed test procedures for future reference and repeatability.
Maintain an organized test lab environment.
Provide continuous feedback to improve test specifications and systems.
Support tests at external test labs and field test sites.
Requirements

5 years of hands-on technical experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, automotive, or robotics industries.
Strong understanding of schematics and datasheets.
Experience with environmental test chambers, vibration tables, and mechanical load frames.
Proficiency with lab tools, DAQ systems, sensors, and 3D printers.
Knowledge of CAD software for 3D model navigation and design edits.
Experience with Linux for robotic system testing and integration.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a hands-on lab/warehouse environment.
Preferences

Experience soldering, crimping, and working with cable management.
Willingness to work on-site and in the field as needed.
