The Role.
This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping account direction, fostering long-term client partnerships, and ensuring delivery excellence across a multi‑disciplinary team.

As a senior partner to priority clients, you’ll connect high‑level strategy with day‑to‑day account leadership—guiding teams across paid media, social, creative, web, and CRM. You’ll balance client outcomes, team development, and commercial performance while building strong, trusted relationships and delivering measurable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing.

Serve as the senior strategic partner for priority clients, owning overall account success

Lead executive‑level client relationships and key moments including QBRs and annual planning

Develop deep understanding of client business goals to inform strategic direction

Act as the primary escalation point for complex client challenges

Integrated Strategy & Planning

Set and guide integrated, brand‑forward marketing strategies across channels

Lead annual and quarterly planning aligned to client business objectives

Ensure cohesive execution across paid media, SEO, creative, and social

Uphold brand consistency, quality, and personalization across all work

Lead and mentor a pod of account team members across a broader portfolio

Provide strategic oversight while ensuring delivery excellence and consistency

Align resourcing, priorities, and workflows to meet client and agency needs

Coach team members to elevate strategic thinking and client leadership

Growth & Commercial Ownership

Drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned accounts

Identify and develop organic growth opportunities within existing clients

Partner on scoping, proposals, and account expansion initiatives

Monitor account health, performance, and profitability, addressing risks proactively

People Management & Development

Build and lead a high‑performing team through coaching and development

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client‑centric thinking

Support career growth, performance management, and team engagement

Partner with leadership to improve processes and ways of working

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably at an agency

2+ years of experience in a management role

Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, highly organized, passionate and honest

Strong project management experience and background of running high‑impact cross‑functional marketing and branding projects

Expert knowledge of Paid, Owned, & Earned media functions and how they work together

Understanding of core digital marketing verticals, including but not limited to paid media, social media, website experience (SEO / GEO, UX, CRO), influencer marketing, etc.

Balance of analytical and creative mindset

Comfortable leading internal/external conversations with clients, partners and team members

Desire to learn and become a thought leader in the digital marketing industry

Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available

Strong oral, problem‑solving, communication, writing, negotiation and presentation skills

Must be well organized, display a professional demeanor, exude high energy and show attention to detail

Must be a confident, flexible, multi‑tasker, and be able to work independently
