Employment Type: Temporary, ~6 months FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/weeks
What you'll do:
Build a motion system (titles, lower thirds, end cards, UI motion) as reusable After Effects templates that hold up across in-house editors and outside vendors
Develop motion treatments for data, diagrams, and technical concepts that make complex ideas legible
Brief, art-direct, and review external motion designers and studios
Produce 1:1 and 9:16 cutdowns for LinkedIn, 16:9 for events/OLV, and lightweight templates for volume work
What we're looking for:
10+ years in motion design with at least one end-to-end motion system in your portfolio
Deep After Effects fluency; clean handoffs to Premiere editors
Systems mindset — you've built templates others use without your help
Strong typographic instincts across brand polish and high-volume output
Experience making technical/data concepts work in motion
