Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description: Creative strategy: You write scripts and develop ideas for ad and Reel content together with the clients you manage.
Performance marketing: You create and manage our clients' campaigns on Meta.
Client support: You are the main point of contact for active clients, answering their questions and resolving bottlenecks via the shared Slack channel.
Status calls: You conduct regular Zoom calls with your clients to collaboratively resolve any issues that arise.
Administrative tasks: Among other things, you maintain our project management system (ClickUp) so everyone always has a clear overview of our clients and current to-dos.
Requirements: More important than your technical skills are your core character traits and the drive to achieve results!
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to understand clients' problems and needs
Analytical skills for data interpretation
