About the Role
The

Senior Product Manager

will build and launch features that directly improve the financial wellness of our customers through our budgeting app Dollarwise and other financial products. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, making high-impact decisions, and bringing a strong user-centric approach to life.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on product leader who can operate at both the 10,000‑ft level and in the weeds—someone who can balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while driving execution across a fast‑moving, cross‑functional team.

What You’ll Do:

Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization through development and launch

Define and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs, company goals, and market opportunities

Deeply understand our users through a combination of qualitative research (e.g. customer interviews, usability studies) and quantitative analysis (leveraging research and usage data) to inform product decisions

Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized initiatives

Partner closely with design and engineering to co‑create, test, and iterate on product features based on feedback from users and customer‑facing teams

Be hands‑on with prototypes and data, using insights and storyboards to inform and enhance product requirements. Continuously monitor product usage to guide improvements that meet user expectations and business needs

Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to continuously refine the product and drive measurable outcomes

Align cross‑functional stakeholders and ensure clear communication of priorities, progress, and tradeoffs

Identify market opportunities and gather feedback from fintech, neobank, and institutional partners

Partner with marketing and customer‑facing teams to ensure successful product launches and strong adoption

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or high‑growth startups

Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products from 0-1 and beyond

Strong user‑first mindset with the ability to advocate for both user experience and business impact

Highly analytical and comfortable using data to drive decisions and prioritize effectively

Excellent communicator who can clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and execution plans

Experienced in leading cross‑functional teams and driving alignment across competing priorities

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Able to balance short‑term execution with long‑term product strategy
