International Director, Brand Team Lead - T/Epkinly FL

The Director, Brand Team Lead FL, IMCO will be responsible for being the steward of our global brand strategy and execution across international markets, partnering with our affiliates, US and our Global partner (Genmab) to:
Provide overarching leadership and direction for Marketing vision, strategies, execution and resource investment for the brand.
Lead the Global Alliance Brand Plan development (on-market and pipeline indications), ensuring alignment with the US team, affiliates and alliance partner
Prepare and launch new indications that have been accelerated in ~1.5 years (launches expected by 2H 2026), while maximizing on-market indications
Develop and execute a portfolio brand plan and overall strategy across all lines of treatment
Formulate and adjust business plans and actions to achieve business objectives and goals, including financial, constituents and market results.
Manage 3 direct reports and collaborate with several cross functional stakeholders internally and externally
Be the commercial international voice across several internal and alliance governances, providing leadership, direction and ensuring cross functional alignment across AbbVie, and alliance partner

Qualifications:
10+ years of Global commercial and marketing experience - required
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
Prior global launch experience in hematology (NHL diseases) - preferred
Prior Alliance experience is a plus
