Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will spearhead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The role encompasses data analytics, campaign optimization across paid and organic channels, market research, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media, PPC, and SEO to increase brand visibility and website traffic.

Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tools (Hotjar, SiteImprove, etc.) to track KPIs and identify ROI‑driving insights.

Create and maintain analytics dashboards, conduct A/B testing, and develop reporting frameworks for stakeholders.

Monitor competitor activities, develop new strategies, and stay abreast of industry trends.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize website UX and conversion funnels.

Design retargeting ad strategies on Facebook and Google Ads, execute A/B tests, and optimize for higher conversions.

Lead email marketing initiatives, including segmentation, automation (Marketo or similar), and performance analysis.

Conduct keyword research, on‑page SEO, and content optimization to improve search rankings.

Generate monthly unique visitors and revenue growth through strategic SEO efforts.

Qualifications

8‑10 years of experience in marketing or a related role.

Strong data‑driven analytics background and proficiency with marketing automation systems.

Experience managing email campaigns and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, GTM, and SEO tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
