Morning Prep Position – Speak Cheezy (Long Beach, CA)
Speak Cheezy in Long Beach, CA is looking for one morning prep team member to join our crew. We are located on 3950 E. 4th St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, detail-oriented, and engaged.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients for daily service (chopping, slicing, portioning, etc.)

Follow recipes and prep lists with accuracy and consistency

Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and kitchen

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld

Support the kitchen team as needed to set up for a smooth service

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work early morning shifts and stay on task independently

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude

Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain one)
