The role focuses on creating, optimizing, and scaling lead‑generation campaigns while maintaining a profitable margin between ad spend and revenue.
Responsibilities
Create new Facebook/Meta campaigns from scratch for new clients.
Set up and manage Facebook Business Manager, ad accounts, pixels, and page integrations.
Continuously test and refine creatives to improve performance.
Provide strategic advice and make data‑driven adjustments to existing campaigns.
Maintain profitable margins between daily ad spend and client revenue.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of Facebook Business Manager, ad account creation, pixel management, and page linking.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills to ensure campaign profitability.
Track record (with proof) of generating high‑ROI leads for local businesses through Facebook Ads.
Results‑first approach focused on lead generation via form submissions.
Experience running lead‑gen campaigns in an agency or solo setting; familiarity with lead‑generation objectives and budgeting.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track and optimize key metrics.
Known advantages: knowledge of Google Ads and campaign setup; experience with GoHighLevel workflows and automation; understanding of sales copywriting.
