Assistant Tournament Director — Youth Softball Elite Events

Ripken Baseball is looking for an Assistant Softball Tournament Director to help manage local tournaments at Sandlot Diamond Nation in Flemington, NJ. This seasonal position requires experience in coaching and an understanding of baseball/softball rules.
You will work closely with the Tournament Director to ensure smooth operations, enforce safety protocols, and provide a positive experience for athletes and teams.
