In this role, you will lead product marketing initiatives that drive market impact and support growth in the healthcare technology sector. You will act as both strategist and hands-on contributor, shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for key solutions. Your work will bridge insights, storytelling, and execution, ensuring products resonate with buyers and achieve measurable success. Accountabilities

Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer needs, and performance insights
Develop differentiated messaging, value propositions, and buyer personas to guide marketing strategies
Create and manage sales and marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, and videos to support the buyer journey
Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure product messaging aligns with target audiences and customer objectives
Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major initiatives, ensuring successful execution and adoption
Define and track key performance indicators, reporting on results and optimizing campaigns and programs based on data
Requirements

7+ years of experience in product marketing with proven success in launching products and executing full-cycle programs
Strong background in healthcare, health plans, or benefits navigation highly preferred
Expertise in translating complex product features into clear, customer-focused benefits
Skilled in positioning, persona development, messaging, and content strategy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively across teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA is a plus
