Video/Multimedia Developer

Overview

Video/Multimedia Developer – Rochester, NY. Temporary (6 months) with a 40‑hour work week.
Job Responsibilities

Create engaging multimedia content that informs and connects employees across the organization.
Manage the full production lifecycle—from concept development to final delivery—including studio and on‑location projects.
Partner with internal stakeholders to bring stories to life and strengthen internal communications through impactful multimedia storytelling.
Plan, execute, and deliver both studio and field‑based video and audio projects.
Work closely with internal clients to develop compelling visual narratives.
Manage the entire production process to ensure high‑quality outputs aligned with communication goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
4+ years of experience in video production, multimedia development, or related roles.
Strong skills in video production, creative development, and project management.
