Role Summary

Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook) with a focus on writing, design, photography, and video production .

Key Responsibilities
Write and publish social media posts aligned with brand voice
Create graphics, photos, and short-form videos (reels, clips)
Edit content for platform-specific formats and quality
Manage content calendar and multiple projects
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams
Stay updated on social trends and best practices
Must-Have Skills Proven social media content creation experience (portfolio required)
Strong writing & editing skills (social-first storytelling)
Proficiency in Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in photography & video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut)
Strong attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
Nice to Have Experience in healthcare / medical device social media
Knowledge of social media compliance (medtech)
Tools: Sprout Social, analytics, scheduling tools
Motion graphics / animation
Accessibility knowledge (alt text, captions)
Experience Required Bachelor's + 2+ years (or equivalent experience)
