This individual will be responsible for Dental Sales with a focus on Digital Imaging Equipment and Practice Management Solutions Sales for all specialties in the Dental Marketplace. Responsibilities:/pulliGrow the territory and exceed sales quotas, while closely working with Management, Inside Sales teams, and channel partners./liliAggressively prospect and close new business in an assigned territory with a short sales cycle./liliDevelop deep understanding of software and equipment, and knowledge of all aspects of Carestream Dental solutions./liliWhile owning the customer, work in a team environment and properly utilize multiple company resources such as support and inside sales./liliMaintain/retain customer base in assigned territory through virtual meetings and on occasion office visits./liliRegularly engage in marketing campaigns with virtual office visits/cold calling./liliPrepare complex pricing quotes and negotiate the best outcomes./liliManage and maintain list of customer references in assigned territory./liliWork virtually to create presence at online trade shows, users meetings, and virtual dental meetings in assigned territory./liliPerform special duties as directed by management./li/ulpKey/Critical Competencies:/pulli5+ years of documented record of success in an outside sales role, delivering to and exceeding assigned quotas./liliExperience with short sales cycles (30-60 days) and selling directly to the business owner/decision maker./liliAbility to sell across a portfolio and understand all aspects of solution selling./liliMust be a hunter with proven track record of closing new business 80% of the time, while successfully managing existing customer base./liliGreat interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of customers and distribution channel partners./liliExcellent negotiation and closing skills with a keen ability to translate solutions to customer profit and growth drivers./liliSelf-starter, outgoing, upbeat and looking for a career not a job./liliSome travel may be required, but looking for someone whom can be efficient and successful using virtual and in-office skills./li/ulpEducation and Experience:/pulli5+ years of experience in direct sales in the dental/medical equipment/software industry./liliBS/BA Degree or equivalent related work experience (Dental technology a plus.)/liliMilitary experience considered./li/ul/div
