Operations Technician
What you will enjoy doing*

In this role, you will build and wire advanced electro‑mechanical industrial equipment, bringing complex systems to life with precision and craftsmanship

You will test, verify, and document critical performance data to ensure every piece of equipment meets our high standards

You will work hands‑on with detailed assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and step‑by‑step work instructions to produce quality results

You will operate a variety of machinery and tools essential to manufacturing top‑tier consumable products

You will collaborate in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment where everyone contributes to shared success

You will communicate effectively and thrive in a diverse, inclusive workplace built on respect and teamwork

Also, you will take on additional responsibilities as needed, supporting the team and growing your skills along the way

What Makes You Great

You have a High school diploma or equivalent is required while an associate degree or relevant manufacturing certification is preferred

Hands‑on experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot technical challenges

Also, you have the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings with confidence

Proven capability to diagnose and troubleshoot electro‑mechanical machinery

Comfortable performing basic computer tasks and navigating standard software
