Required Qualifications

8-10 years of strategic communications experience, particularly in internal communications
Proven track record of building or transforming internal communications functions
Experience leading change communications in partnership with various departments
International communications experience with an understanding of cultural differences
High judgment and discretion in navigating sensitive communications
