Remote Account Specialist
We’re looking for Remote Account Specialists to help individuals and small businesses discover financial solutions that fit their goals. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—building meaningful client relationships, understanding unique needs, and guiding them toward the right financial path. Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
Learn about each client’s goals and provide personalized recommendations
Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth product setup
Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems
Conduct periodic check-ins to provide ongoing support and strengthen relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
Qualifications
High school diploma or college degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Prior experience in account management, client services, or sales is a plus
