Salary Range : 65k-80k based on experience | 110k-200k annual OTE (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary
Our client is a fast-growing bilingual digital marketing company that empowers U.S. law firms to reach and serve the Hispanic community. Through tailored marketing strategies—ads, branding, and lead generation—we help firms build trust, expand visibility, and attract quality clients and cases.

We are seeking driven Sr. Account Executives to join our sales team. This is a full‑cycle B2B sales role where you’ll engage directly with attorneys, consult on their marketing needs, and deliver solutions that generate real growth.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you’ll manage the entire sales process from first contact to close:

Prospect & Generate Leads – Develop outbound opportunities and qualify inbound leads.

Discovery & Consultative Sales – Conduct needs‑assessment calls with attorney and law firm leaders.

Present & Pitch – Deliver compelling virtual presentations via Zoom to showcase our marketing solutions.

Negotiate & Close – Manage contracts and close new business opportunities.

Client Handoff – Coordinate onboarding with the Client Success team to ensure smooth transitions.

CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in HubSpot.

Qualifications

Industry Experience – Currently or previously at a company that sells marketing to attorneys/law firms (mandatory).

Proven Sales Track Record – Minimum 2+ years in B2B full‑cycle sales with consistent quota achievement.

Consultative Selling Skills – Ability to build trust, ask the right questions, and position value effectively.

Metrics & Tools – Experience working with KPIs, quotas, and CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred).

Remote Work Readiness – Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
