On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150K - $215K per year

Guaranteed ramp period: $9K/month for 6 months

We partner with municipalities, schools, corporations and major healthcare companies to build outdoor Fitness Courts in public spaces, promoting healthier lifestyles nationwide. We're rapidly growing and looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our team and help us create impactful change.

The Role:
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our mission by partnering with municipalities and educational entities to bring our innovative Fitness Courts to public spaces in communities across the U.S. You will work with local champions and decision makers within public sector organizations to secure funding and consensus for this transformative program.

This position is a 100% remote role, where all selling is done via virtual presentations. The position is focused on new business, with a pipeline expectation of developing 5 new opportunities for partnerships per week, 250 per year. The cycle from first conversation to close is typically 6‑8 months, guided by a consultative sales process, direct to the bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow relationships with key stakeholders in municipalities and schools

Lead the partnership development process to secure participation in NFC's wellness initiative

Own a high-volume sales calendar, driving new business and reaching key KPIs

Collaborate closely with the NFC team to design, fund, and launch Fitness Courts in your region.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of successful consultative sales experience, preferably selling to large organizations, municipalities, or educational institutions.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Comfort with high volume remote selling environment, similar to SaaS or other products/services.

Experience securing funding in government, education or enterprise corporate sectors preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision‑makers.

A passion for health, wellness, and impacting communities positively.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
