WHO YOU ARE
Technical‑minded marketer who solves problems, analyzes data, and builds lifecycle marketing programs. You thrive on translating a brand’s value into email marketing for large audiences, converting strategy into actionable project plans, and improving conversion through analytics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to drive growth and revenue through email, SMS, direct mail, and more.

Create and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for leads from acquisition and partnership channels.

Optimize workflows and leverage data and tools to create personalized experiences at scale.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to support new projects, product features, and launches.

Design, execute, and analyze A/B test plans to improve CRM program performance and conversion rates.

Measure success metrics, analyze trends, and share actionable insights to inform strategic decision‑making and future campaigns.

Concept, code (HTML/CSS), and test email templates for campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing role.

Experience with email/CRM tools such as Iterable, Braze, MailChimp, etc., email design (Litmus), and landing page builders (Unbounce, InstaPage).

Strong analytical toolkit, including Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for coding emails and landing pages.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve across teams and tools.

Track record of meeting deadlines and communicating with stakeholders.

Ambition, curiosity, and a desire to hit the ground running.

Competitive salary range: $124,000‑$143,000, commensurate with location, experience, and skill level.
