Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on technologist and strong generalist who can lead client conversations, drive discovery engagements, and hold the technical delivery together. The ideal candidate should have strong cloud data engineering experience (preferably on

GCP, Databricks, or other major cloud platforms ) and the ability to initiate and manage early‑stage project discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client discussions, understand requirements, and define discovery engagement goals.

Drive at least one discovery engagement end‑to‑end or run two discoveries in parallel.

Translate business objectives into actionable technical plans.

Provide architectural and design guidance across cloud data platforms.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery readiness.

Act as the technical anchor ensuring smooth handover from discovery to implementation.

Required Skills

Strong experience in

Cloud Data Engineering

(GCP / Databricks / AWS / Azure).

Deep understanding of modern data architectures, pipelines, and ETL frameworks.

Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on technical delivery.

Nice to Have

Experience setting up or running data discovery or modernization programs.

Exposure to AI/ML, data governance, or BI ecosystems.
