In this role, you'll be an active creative contributor — bringing strong strategic thinking to every brief and producing copy that's both intelligent and on-brand. You'll work closely with art directors to help shape campaign direction and collaborate with agency partners to ensure work meets the client's standards for quality, tone, and strategic alignment. This is a writing-first role that calls for versatility, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

Write and refine copy across channels (digital, social, video, OOH, print) that is strategically grounded and creatively sharp

Translate nuanced brand strategy into clear, compelling headlines and copy

Partner with art directors to set campaign direction and ensure integration across touchpoints

Review agency-produced copy and provide clear, decisive feedback rooted in brand voice and strategy

Rapidly internalize the client's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign history

Maintain quality and consistency across all in-market deliverables

Collaborate with brand, strategy, and marketing stakeholders to align on creative direction

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a copywriter, with a track record of strategically driven work

Demonstrated ability to work from complex briefs and translate strategy into effective copy

Experience collaborating with art directors on integrated campaign development

Strong attention to detail and a high bar for craft

Comfortable reviewing and giving feedback on agency work

Ability to ramp up quickly on a new brand and write with confidence from day one

Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus, but not required

Portfolio required when applying
