JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of M&A partners closely with the Chief Development Officer and the private equity sponsor to advance the platform’s buy-and-build growth strategy. This role will lead execution and own the full M&A lifecycle, serving as the central quarterback across internal leadership, advisors and stakeholders. This role will be critical in translating diligence and financial analysis into actionable decisions that drive long-term value creation.
