The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, as an Individual Contributor, the Vice President of Hospitality Sales will spearhead the company’s growth in hotel contract sales. This highly visible role will partner with the Sales team to set strategy, elevate team capabilities, and win new business. The VP will also oversee an integrated marketing plan to support sales efforts while representing INSPIRE across the lodging and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive a company-wide sales strategy to build a strong pipeline of new hotel clients, expand brand recognition, and strengthen sales capabilities.

Partner with the Sales team to assume leadership responsibility, representing INSPIRE at lodging and hospitality industry events.

Manage KPIs and adjust sales initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Oversee account management, CRM optimization, customer support, and sales-driven marketing initiatives.

Develop and maintain strategic C-suite relationships with hotel management companies and ownership groups.

Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize profitability, enhance customer experience, and align operational execution with sales goals.

The Person
The ideal candidate is a visionary and dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of success in building long-term client relationships and driving growth. AV industry experience is not required, but experience in hospitality sales and relationships at the ownership/management level are valuable for the role.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of senior-level sales experience with a proven track record as an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Strong track record of growing and cultivating a geographically dispersed sales organization.

Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining C-level relationships.

Experience in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Depth in brand building and marketing strategy.

Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner across departments, functions and time zones.

Excellent communication style — open, engaging, and transparent.

Willingness to travel frequently nationwide on short notice.
