Description:
This role involves developing and maintaining
commissions plans , ensuring accurate and timely
payout of commissions , and providing
analytical support
to drive sales performance. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, finance, accounting, and human resources teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the
end-to-end process of calculating and distributing sales commissions
and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of variable payouts.
Collect and maintain
accurate sales performance data to support commissions calculations
and reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate
commissions payouts , addressing any
discrepancies or payout inquiries effectively .
Calculate and manage monthly and quarterly commissions accruals, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Evaluate and drive continuous improvements on the commissions processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide training and support to sales teams regarding the incentive compensation plans and related commissions processes.
Experience should include using
CaptivateIQ (Incentive comp mgmt system)
