About the Engagement
We’re seeking an Expert to help elevate the first-time user experience for Bing’s generative image and video creation tools. This role focuses on creating beautiful, stable, and reusable examples that inspire users and implicitly teach great prompting practices.

Scope of Work

Create curated images and short videos using our website Image and Video AI generative tools.

Author and refine prompts that produce consistent, high-quality outputs at scale.

Build a reusable library of example content for landing pages, Surprise Me experiences, and templates.

Align content to a global seasonal and cultural editorial calendar.

Incorporate emerging and viral AIGC trends into safe, reusable examples.

Test prompts repeatedly and refine for stability and predictability.

Write video prompts that include explicit audio intent where appropriate.

Structure examples to implicitly teach good prompting practices.

Curated image and video examples for AIGC landing pages and Surprise Me

Seasonal and trend-based prompt refreshes

Reusable image and video templates

Tested prompts with documented intent and structure

Skills & Experience
Required:

Hands‑on experience with generative AI image and/or video tools.

Strong prompt‑writing and prompt‑tuning skills.

Excellent creative and visual sensibility.

Comfort iterating quickly and testing for consistency at scale.

Systems‑level thinking about reusable content.

Strongly Preferred:

Proven experience working with Sora 2 (video) and GPT‑4o (image).

A public social presence showcasing AI‑generated image or video content with an engaged following.

Experience creating content for product experiences rather than marketing only.

Active engagement with emerging AIGC trends and communities.

Compensation
Salary Range: $72,800‑83,200 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
